Silicone kit and impressions
You can order various versions of the silicone kit from our online shop here.
If you purchase a grill from our online shop, the silicone kit is included free of charge. Please also take a look at our instructional video.
However, here is an interesting statistic: 80% of the impressions we receive from our customers are not usable. They are not cleanly taken.
And if the impression is not perfect, we do not make the grill.
Yes, we’re a bit anal about this, but we’ve never had a complaint that our grillz don’t fit properly.
That’s why we recommend that after you bought the grill on this website, you have the impression taken for free at our dental practice or, if you don’t live in Munich, have the impression taken at your dentist’s and then send it to us.
Grillz are custom-made. That means everything has to fit 100%.
If the impression isn’t clean, the grill may not fit properly in the end.
Then you’ll be pissed off, and so will we, of course. After all, grillz cost a lot of money.

If you are unsure whether the impression is clean, please take a picture and send it to hallo@prime-grillz.com.
If you have dentures in the form of a bridge or similar, the silicone kit is not really suitable for you.
In this case, you should definitely have the impression taken by your dentist.
It may happen that when the mould is removed from the mouth, the bridge sticks to the impression. Pretty unpleasant.
Of course! Just ask your dentist to take a Silicone double mix impression of your teeth. It takes 10 minutes. Then pack it well and send it to us. Done.
Grillz Grillz Grillz
Well, the price of gold grillz is largely determined by the price of gold and the craftsmanship involved.
Google “gold price over the last 5 years” and take a look at the curve. It’s pretty crazy.
But that also means that if you no longer like your gold grill, you can sell it, just like gold earrings or a gold chain.

We are aware of how expensive Grillz are. That is why we are working on integrating Klarna and PayPal instalment payments into our shop website.
Grillz are our passion. We put our heart and soul into them. However, grillz are not our main business. Our dental laboratory has been affiliated with the Reiniger dental practice in Munich-Schwabing for 15 years now. We use the same materials for grillz as we do for work for the dentist.
If you live in Munich and visit us, your impressions for the grillz will also be taken professionally at our dental practice.
When you visit, you are welcome to take a look at our state-of-the-art dental laboratory, where your grillz will then be crafted.
This means you can be sure that your grillz are not being made in some basement by some random bloke.
The exact source of the materials we use is stated in each grillz description.
You can come back to us after 1, 2 or 3 months if there is anything wrong with your grill. So even if you think everything is perfect at first, you can still come back to us months later if you notice something wrong and we will fix it free of charge.

As the jaw and periodontium shift during growth, we recommend waiting until the age of 18 before starting with grillz. However, we do not require anyone to provide a birth certificate.
Please don’t. Grillz are high-quality craftsmanship and should be treated as such. So take your grill out of your mouth when eating, smoking, playing sports, having sex or sleeping, and store it in the box.

Phew… you ask questions… although it would be cool to wear “Beast Mode” when boxing or doing MMA and not leave any witnesses, but no, grillz are decorative dental jewellery. For sports, we recommend our professional, custom-made sports mouthguard.
Lukewarm water and a soft toothbrush are usually sufficient to clean your grillz. You can also use mild toothpaste or hydrogen peroxide. Peroxide kills bacteria without damaging the surface of the grill. Then rinse and leave it to air dry. Done.
You can also put your grill in an ultrasonic bath. These are available at a reasonable price on Amazon.
You wouldn’t believe how many of our customers lose their grillz and come back for a new one. That hurts everyone involved: the wallet, the customer and us too. We put a lot of heart and soul into every grill we make. Nevertheless, we are very proud that customers find their way back to us.
Depending on how complex your grill is and how busy the laboratory is, it may take 2-3 weeks for the grill to be ready for you to wear.
This is only an approximate guide, as no grill leaves our premises until we are 100% satisfied.
It’s best to start small. Perhaps with a gold or chrome cap, such as the “Il Solitario” or the “Chromosom”. Don’t invest a lot of money until you’re sure that grillz are really for you. You can always add another grill later. What’s more, you’ll get your second grill 15% cheaper if you send us a photo of yourself wearing your PrimeGrill, and allow us to use it on our website (if we accept your photo).
According to §321g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal, as your grillz are custom-made for you.
However, we are happy to make adjustments if your grill does not fit perfectly.
